Where...............是subject...................( 不是adv. )
Are...................是 vi 不及物動詞, 不須object.( 不是作aux. )
You Go.............是短語phrase作subject complement補語說明where are何處是
(不是subject+verb)Go在此不是verb.而是noun.

absolutely wrong.
except go is changed to going.(where are you going? )it is present continuous tense. but go seldom is used for this tense.
you should learn how the 12 types of english tenses are formed.

如果你係想問(你去哪兒)便要寫成(where do you go)
如果你係想問(你正在去哪兒呀)便應該寫(where are you going)
如果你係想問(你剛才去了哪兒),咁就要用past tense,即係(where did you go)
問題格式裡面,are係唔可以同present tense....要用present tense的話係要用[do]
