Please note that the items suggested by Thomas hereunder are just examples as my major purpose is to teach you how to
begin and end a letter of this kind. Note also that " To whom this may concern " should be written on the envelope if you are not sure of the title
of the addressee, The Chairman, The President, The Manager or what. As
for the contents of the letter, it could be written as follows : -

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a 17 yaers old boy looking forward to join a skill traing
course in this Summer holiday. I was so excited earlier to read your Club's poster about the Summer Holiday classes of various subjects which might be helpful to me. Unfortunately, however,I can't help personally feel that should there be more physical activities such as basket ball, volley ball, etc.,that we don't have enough at school, added to the Club's Summer Holiday classes, many more youngsters like me will be benefited and
appreciated. Finally your kind consideration to my opinion will be much gratified.
