my computer can\'t open foxy???

y my computer dun let me to open foxy, but be4 it can, dunno y now can't. everytime, when i click in it will say " WINDOWS無法存取指定的裝置,路徑或檔案。您可能沒有適當的權限,所以無法存取項目。" i thought that my computer dun allow me open foxy only je, then i try to find any other program to download music, then i've reliezed that not only foxy... i think my computer is trying to stop me of downloading music>< but i can't live without music. HELPME.... wt should i do to solve this problem....plz
