答： 可以。這句是Reported Speech(轉述句)，"said"後可隨意加"that"/不加"that"。平常句子不加都應該沒有影響，只是加了結構會較易明，況且大多數只有 Reported Speech 的句子方會使用(pronouns+said that+……)這種句子structure。

I am afraid (that) you won't approve of my plan.
這個就應該不可以刪除。
因為這句的"that"的作用是帶出Afraid的原因，如果強行刪去文法便會不通順、很奇怪。
