It is important to have healthy life style. We should plan our meal properly. We do more exercise can have good and proper growth.
First, it is important to have good living habits. We should do brisk walking for at least twenty minutes everyday so that we can become healthier. We should join a gym every Sunday. It can keep-fit. We can play ball games two times a week, like football, basketball and tennis.
Second, it is important to have good eating habits. We can have sandwich and milk in the morning. For lunch, we should have a bowl of rice, some vegetables and little meat. After lunch, we should eat some fruit. They have lots of vitamins. We should also drink eight glasses of water every day.
Last, it is important to have good hygiene practice too. We should use a tissue top cover our mouth or nose when we sneeze. We should washing hands frequently with soap and water to reduce the spread of the virus from your hands to your face or to other people.
I think we should develop good hygiene practice. We can have healthy living if we can maintain a balanced diet over time.
