I want to open a nail salon in UK Manchester, and I want to hire people from
Hong Kong. Because I want to have the designs that HK has. But I need help to
find these people and willing to take a year to go to UK and earn more money.

I do not know much about UK. But I believe it is more strict than anywhere. I have those thoughts in US but it is not easy.
Unless they have already got permission to live there, you need to apply working permits for them. Then they need to go to school and have a license to work on nail.
Different countries have different living cost. In Hong Kong it is $3-4.- a cocktail bun, in UK it is at least 1 pound.
The rent is not the same, wages and insurance will cost so much.
I fly back and forth Hong Kong and US and UK every month, I see their difference. You make money in UK without spending a penny and go back to spend in HK, it sounds great.
I'm not discouraging you, just be careful, otherwise, you will lost a lot.
