To whom it may concern,

As contributors to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, we are delighted that your company uses Wikipedia content to highlight and illustrate information pertinent to the news content your newspaper, the Cebu Daily Times, is printing and disseminating to the Philippine populace, especially in Cebu. As per the free, open nature of Wikipedia, this is the type of application that this encyclopedia, as well as its contributors, wish to promote.
