"to"+gerund
The word "to" is a sign of the infinitive. However, it is also a preposition which takes a gerund.
examples:
[1]devote to+ gerund Paul devoted his life to making his family happy.
[2]object to + gerund Do you object to working on Sunday?
[3](be) used to + gerund Sammi is not used to going to bed late.

幾時用to時後面的動詞不用轉

to 如果用於 infinitive 時，to 後面的動詞為原形動詞，即不用變。但如果有時 to 後面如果要係名詞 noun 時，有時會用動名詞 gerund，例如 I am looking forward to 的後面就要用名詞，這時就會寫成 I am looking forward to hearing from you soon。

問：我想問吓幾時用to時後面的動詞不用轉?(例:......to having.......)

答：to後面動詞不變 （應該沒有例外的情況）
