1) 根據 Paypal 的規則，你剛收到的錢，不可以立刻提取或使用來買野，令到戶口等於零。同時，如果你的買家未收到貨，要求 Paypal 退款，都會有這個限制出現。你可以參考: http://forums.ebay.com.hk/thread.jspa?threadID=600003216
2) 佢地要 investigate 完才開返你的戶口，建議你持續 send 電郵同佢地聯絡。
