雙糧唔係老奉, 公司唔減人工都偷笑. 勞例亦無記載. 唔好話攞著數, 想留低既條件都係兩個字- 勤力!

If there is such a Clause in the Employment Contract, the company has the obligation to pay for it just like a salary to the employee. The employee can claim on the company for such a double-pay by law.
If there is no such a Clause, the double-pay if paid by the company is only at company's freedom and the employee has no right to claim for it.
