the organisation behaviour basic is talking about the culture in the organisation act. it more like marketing's customer behaviour which is under the customer. however, in the organisation is more about when you management your staff at the same time what they feel. of course it is a second or third year unit. therefore, it is harder than marketing and management(which is first year units), because it is relate will some psychology term.

Organizational Behavior (OB) is the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations. It does this by taking a system approach. That is, it interprets people-organization relationships in terms of the whole person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system. Its purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, and social objectives.

The subject is relatively strong in application than in the principles of Marketing and General Management. However, it is quite interesting and you can use it and get the achievement in real life of an organization.
