為什麼wait要+S??

We use “waits” only if it's a Truth (真理)
(1) 時間沒有等待人
(2) 真愛在等待

waits=[wait 的第三人稱單數(He,she,It)現在式(daily, every day/month ...) ]

e.g.

May waits for school bus around seven o'clock every morning.

凡 在 He ,She ,it /name 後 面 都 要 +s

但凡Subject是第三身單數（如He，she， it)就需要在動詞加s).
i.e.: He waits here for an hour.
