辦理簽證時，未有護照，要寫解釋，英文點寫？（急）

我申請３月的簽證，昨天申請簽證時護照還未可以拿，要２５號才能拿，

我要寫的是：我有過了期的ｂｎｏ護照，而香港特區護照申請中，現在未有，２５號才能拿，過了期的ｂｎｏ和香港特區護照的收劇已影印，做成不便不好意思。

用英文寫理由書:

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I applied yesterday for a three-month visa, I could not produce a valid passport. I want to inform you now that I have applied for a HKSAR passport which will be issued to me on the 25th of this month. I also hold an expired BNO passport. In this connection, I have enclosed photocopies of my expired BNO passport and the acknowledgment receipt of my HKSAR passport application for your reference. I shall submit my HKSAR passport to you after the 25th for your processing of my visa.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
