根據我個人在美國生活時和銀行打交道的經驗，其實你只要把你的狀況跟銀行的人說明清楚，他們就會盡可能的幫你想辦法解決。所以你的狀況其實只要直接寫信或是打電話去跟他們講就可以了，當然寄信過去的話可能他還會回你信(來來回回要寫好幾封做溝通)，像是告訴你你有哪些選擇，然後詢問你要選哪一種方案解決，一般來說一個case會有一個專人幫你服務，在寫信時主要力求把事情講清楚，並不會那麼嚴格要求你的信件格式是否是正式商業書信類型，當然你自己的基本客戶資訊必須要提供給對方，他才能幫你做服務。
