三句句子都很有問題。1.應為it's best to do sth，而不是sth is best to do sth，
These websites不能learn。
我們說it's best to do sth，不用doing sth，不會用ing。
可以這樣改：
a. It's best to learn (English) on these websites.
b. These websites are the best places (for us) to learn (English).
2.你這一句是在說什麼意思？don't like bored？而且bored是跟with或of的，
改一改吧：I am(OR feel) bored with learning English.
3.listen是不及物動詞(intransitive verb)，要加preposition to，
I am bad at listening to English.
不過意思上很怪，你不如說：
I am bad at understanding spoken English.

(2) We don't say "I don't like bored to learn English." in
general. Furthermore, you should use the word " feel "
to replace "like". "Don't" should be replaced by " am not / ain't ".
