How to improve English?

Indeed, I think the most important thing is that you are willing to make a change.
1. You can read more fictions. You can choose some junior books from library. Although you may think that you have not learnt anything new vocabularies, you have already learn the structural and organizational skills.
2. You should listen to more natives speaking English. You can try to do it by listening to English news. But is you think that it is boring, you can try to listen to English when you are watching movies.
3. You should also try to improve your English oral skills by reading aloud. You can use an English news article and read aloud. You can start by reading simple English.

1. read english books as much as possible (as you read you'll memorize the phrases and words eventually. start with the easy once)
2. watch english channels with chinese subtitles (listening to how people speak english is the basic key to speaking good english!)
3. listen to english songs - pop, rock, indie, classicals... whatever type you want (the words in their lyrics are very "condensed" and it's very good for learning english words)
4. -of course- pay attention in class, ask the teacher if you have any problem. it helps
5. -most importantly- instead of fearing english, try to love it. you'd never learn english successfully

my english was so bad before .
my tense ! all wrong!!!!!! OMG-0-

i talks to some friend that wasn't in chinese...

They didn't know Chinese..only know English..
