搭橋手術傷口

1) 如果醫生認為你父親適合做屬於微創手術的通波仔手術的話，就不會安排撘橋手術給他。

2) 撘橋手術是一個大型外科手術。需要將病人胸骨鋸開先可進行的手術。胸前的傷口比攞動、靜脈的位置應該更大。

3) 撘橋用的血管未必一定係腿上摘取。可以用胸前的靜脈都可以。視乎情況而定。亦可能兩邊的血管都用。

4) 撘橋手術係香港已經非常成熟，手術失敗率只是 1%。

5) 你父親 48 歲這麼年輕，手術成功率比一般人高。但另一方面睇，48 歲都要做撘橋又似乎關遺傳多，除非他飲酒食煙兼極之中愛食肥肉。樓主你雖然年青，睇黎你都要小心。

often people use arteries inside the chest or the artery on the arms as well, so it is very unusal to have to use both legs. Also, with one long vein from one leg, it can be used to bypass more than 1 vessel. The leg wound is a minor issue, the scan on the chest is often more in causing pain after the surgery.

If he is young at 48, the risk is very low. he will be ok.

unfortunately I dont think this other minimally invasive surgery is available in HK.... probably not widely available elsewhere either (may be in the USA).
