The healthy body




How healthy we are depends on what
food items we eat. In fact, it is the combination of foods, that makes our
diet, and in turn health. So what we eat should be chosen very carefully. If we
don’t realize what we are eating, then we don’t realize what we are inviting
into our body.

Fish is called sea
vegetable in India. Fish is one of the best foods, offering variety in our
food, gives us good taste and health as well. Fish Oil, Omega 3 Fatty Acids are
one of the most important nutrients that Fish give us. If we are missing out on
Fish, we should either be advised by a doctor, or else we’ve never tasted it.

Soy is the only vegetable that contains more proteins than
carbohydrates. Soy helps us fight weight gain.

Fish, seeds and nuts will compete
with all the meats in the world to give all the requisite nutrients to our
body. Actually nuts and seeds can be called as a vegetarian’s meat. Apart from
offer enough fiber, they give our body disease fighting energy, improving our
immune system.

Garlic has been used over ages and
eons as a medicine. Induce it into our food, we are fighting accumulation in our
arteries and cholesterol as well. But if we are taking it too much, it results
in a stomach upset. So use it, but carefully.
