A國入侵B國,而B國同C國有關係,咁B國內的C國使館士兵會點?走人?

Usually, a Consulate or Embassy will not close until the consular or embassdor declare the premises is too dangerous to run,or the president or head of state have declare a closure to the embassy or consular, then they can start evacuation procedure,

When the order come, Embassy and Consular staff will make a way to Tactically withdrew all of their own national first, soldier stationed in those embassy or consulate must protect and make sure the evucation of national and consulate member first, then retreat with the last staff and the national flag.

If the consulate or embassy does not have order to evacuate soldier stationed there and the staff are reponsed to protect their national who seek help.

under UN sanction, any non-partial country cannot enter any civil war without UN intervention, (like the UN resolution resulting US involvement in Somalia)

Again, those soldier will stand guard of their own embassy, and as my last post said, they are forbit to fire UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, until a war have declared or UN resolution have reached.

Actually, French Soldier did not help any Rwanda Citizens and they were only used to withdraw Foreign Citizens out of Rwanda.

It can usually be done because sometime there arenot enough their own ground troop to help with evacuation, that's any government to negociate adeal with other country whose already have troop on ground to help with the withdrawal of the their own national too.

那要看總統所下達的命令，通常涉及士兵生命，都會下令撤離，除了有特別情況
（例如下令保護使館附近的平民，或有種種特別原因）
如果那B國家被A攻打，基本上Ｃ是沒權插手，通常是以聯合國來介入調停
（為什麼美國又可以攻打阿富汗?因為是以反恐來作理由而派兵攻打）
