i am thinking to go to China/ Taiwan/ Hong Kong for my college.. how can i start planning my future?

hi, i am a junior in high school now [in United States].. i have always been interested to live in china/taiwan/hk, so for my college i am hoping to go there.. i am pretty much clueless about these stuff.. so is there any way you can help me out? can u tell me what are the top colleges in Chna/ Taiwan/ HK? and are they expensive?? is there anyway i can apply for scholarship to the colleges in China/ Taiwan/ HK? please help me, i really want to start planning for my college years before its too late.

You may join the exchange program indeed, it may suit you. Because, they will arrange you to a local school. Perhaps you can ask yr teachers about that. If you want to learn Putonghua well, Shanghai is a great choice. But if you want to live in a big and nice city, HK will be better then as it is a famous world city. Putonghua lessons are common there. HK people have the greatest english standard among 3 places. You may try to study in taiwan because its education is quite similar to the US's. So plz consider which one suit you most.
