Answer: 3/10 or 0.6

Division you flip one of them upside down and change the sign
3/16 ÷ 5/8 becomes 3/16 x 8/5 = 24/80=3/10
For addition and subtraction, make sure the denominator is the same for all fractions

Multiplication is the easiest one i find
5/6 x 8/15 = 40/90 = 4/9
