welfare in canada

welfare is for people in situation and need grovernment help.

but now people use it as grovernment benfits.------ like money, school and medical care.

the baby is Canadian, will has full benefits lar.
the parents?? they are nobody. will get nothing!

taking extra welfare and benefit from grovernment ( from people ) is a shame. also is a crime which as rob off other honest citizen.
