若曾在澳洲註冊結婚, 現在香港再註冊 = 重婚嗎

I married A & got registered at Australia 10+ years ago.
Later we simply separated but not ever applied any official divorce.
Now I want to marry B at HK, is there any problem legally? Thanks.

If your previous husband A is still alive, and he has not applied to the Australian Court to petition for a divorce in your absence, then you would be considered as still married and Yes you would be guilty of bigamy in Hong Kong .
Section 45 of the Offences Against The Person Ordinance of Hong Kong :
Any person who, being married, marries any other person during the life of the former husband or wife shall be guilty of an offence triable upon indictment, and shall be liable to imprisonment for 7 years.
