Yankees fans - What is your favorite moment in 2009?

Regular Season-- 15 inning Red Sox Yankees epic game, Mariano Rivera's 500th save (and 1st RBI !), clinching the AL east, Derek Jeter's record breaking hit.

Post Season--Winning the World Series (especially with Andy Pettitte pitching game 6; when he walked off the mound and waved to the fans, I nearly cried because I had no idea if he would come back! I'm very glad he did!)

EDIT---I do believe the question asked for Yankees fans to answer. If you don't like the Yankees then why bother to answer?

Regular Season= The 15 inning classic between the Yanks-Red Sox in which Alex Rodriguez hit the Homer to end the game.

Post Season= Rodriguez Homer off Joe Nathan game 2 ALDS.

I have a bunch, but I'll just name a few:
A-Rods 15th inning walk-off against the Sox, Derek Jeter becoming all time hits leader, Mo's 500th save, and of course winning the World Series.

Nick Swisher pitching an entire inning, and Mo and Jeter reaching their plateau's with hits and saves. Swisher is good for the club I don't care what anyone says!

It's easy to say that my favorite moment was when the Yankees won the World Series. But the most thrilling moment was when A-Rod hit the game-winning home run against Boston to break up a scoreless tie in the 15th inning. Boston won their first 8 games against the Yankees, and the Yankees had blown Boston out on August 6th to finally win one. A-Rod's home run seemed to say "OK, you guys had everything going your way earlier in the season, now it's our turn!". It was great to see Boston walk off the field suffering a devastating loss, knowing that their time was over.
