then i seriously recommand you not to choose a very difficult one.
you can choose:

- discuss how the media affect the teenagers?

- Inform the examiner what you really like.
( about personality, not about things that they into)

- describe your family
(gotta use a lot of verbs and adjective, not an easy one)

- Write a letter to the headmaster/ headmistress about developing the school.

actually, you can base on 'advice', 'describe', 'discuss', 'inform', 'persuade' and make up a topic. Strongly advice that the students/you can get involve into the event. if not, is actually quite hard to think some ideas to write!
