我知is係要係adj,noun到use
例:is ugly
do就係要係verb到use
例:don't know...
但why
If she isn't (not be)more careful,she will have an assident one day.
呢個use isn't呢,佢未變個陣係be wo~

其實都唔係好明條問題...不是如果係問點解 not be 要轉 isn't 的話咁我去答下...用is 係因為
1.佢個 subject 係 "she"
2. be 係= is, am, are (睇 subject 用)
