There are two reaction times, the first one is the reaction to start the stop watch and the second is the reaction to stop the stop watch. Hence the total maximum raction time is 0.2 + 0.2 = 0.4sThe maximum possible percentage error = 0.4/1.2 * 100% = 33.3%
