Yes he should. The hall of fame is waiting for him. Why not walk away and prepare your induction speech?

I did read that the Mets have an interest for him to pitch in the bullpen, possibly as a situational pitcher, 1 to 2 batters MAX.

No he has to many possible suitors: Mets, Phillies, Cardinals, and possibly the Giants. I think he sucks, and the Giants are my favorite team, so I hope he goes to the Mets.

Judging by his HORRIBLE part of the season with the Red Sox, I surely believe he SHOULD, but he's a baseball player, meaning that he can sit on the bench for a couple more years and still make millions...
