1. (cheese cake)the cake base got wet after being refrigerated :( i want to keep it crispy ,are there any tips~?
2. i hv already mixed the cream with lemon juice, but it is not solidified well >< wht can i do?
3. i want to put on some chocolate powder on the cake. should i make it after the refrigeration or before?
