The statement is clearly not correct.

Comment: Heat flow is driven by temperature difference, not by heat content. That is, heat will flow from an object of high temperature to an object of low temperature, until the temperatures of both objects are equal.

The suggested amendment is given below:

A hot metal block has higher temperature than a cold metal block. When a hot metal block is put in contact with a cold metal block, heat flows from the hot metal block to the cold metal block. The flow of heat stops when each block has attained the same temperature.
