Our client is a Hong Kong main board listed company principally engaged in high value-added technology business, manufacture and sales of electronic components. They are currently seeking for candidate to join their team as the Corporate Finance Associates.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop financial analysis and provide feasibility studies to senior management on all new business opportunities
* Conduct due diligence on potential investment projects
* Build financial models, evaluations, data driven analysis and various reporting, budget, forecasting to monitor and provide support to the growing business
* Handle all ad-hoc assignments from the board
Job Requirements
* Degree holder from Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
* Professional qualifications - ACCA, CPA, CFA is definitely an advantage
* Minimum 4 years' solid experience as Financial Analyst or Research Analyst
* Solid experience in <<<<creating sophisticated financial and business models>>>>
* A team player in collaborating with others to drive for the result
* Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
