自己寫得一段文章翻譯

In 2010, I hope I can take advantage of winter break to enhance my listening, speaking, reading and writing ability. 這一句我覺得翻的很好，可以保留。

And this semester the teacher's methods had to learn English once again strengthened. 這句文法不對，建議可改為：
And I hope I can utilize the methods that teachers taught me during this semester to perfect my English.

Finally, I would be able to TOEIC scores in the first half at least up to 700 points, in order to prepare for the subsequent entry into the workplace. 文法也是有些錯誤，建議可改為：
Finally I hope I could score 700 in TOEIC in the first half of this year, in preparation for my future career.

這句話不對喔!
我會寫：I hope I can keep in touch with my teachers for my English learning.

When I graduated from college xx, xx, I will enter universities institute.
有些小錯誤，如：英文也是說XX university/ college
後面我會說： I will study in XX graduate school.
所以整句我會說：When I graduate from XX university, I will study in XX graduate school.

And I'll strengthen the methods in which my teacher taught me to learn English
well.

Finally, I hope in the first half of the year I can score at least 700 in TOEIC so
