我覺得兩句所要表達的意思差不多耶。

1.It is marvelous to have a friendship.
能有朋友(友誼)是件很棒的事。

2.It is valuable to have a friend.
能擁有朋友，是很有價值的。


若要嚴格區分的話，第一句的感覺是交到朋友讓你很開心，覺得很美好。
第二句的感覺是能擁有好朋友是很有價值的(可能能夠協助你等......)
