any equation of the form ax^2+bx+c = 0 has max of two solutions which are
[-b+sqrt(b^2-4ac)]/2a and [-b-sqrt(b^2-4ac)]/2a

you will get solution x = 6 and x = 1 equation holds true if x is either 1 or 6
if you want to solve mentally , you will need to factorise the equation
