To see a World in a Grain of Sand = In little event(thing) we can see great purpose (truth).

And (to see) a Heaven in a Wild Flower = See the fulfillment in trivial things / See the beauty/goodness in insiginficant things.

(To) Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand = You are in control of many possibilities.

And (to hold) Eternity in an hour = you should treasure our existance and make the best of it.

This proverb outline two aspects: how we should see things and how we should control our destiny.

The first poetic structure uses World vs. Heaven to reflect the earthly purpose of things vs. the devine goodness in all things (uses nature's grains of insignificant sand and the unworthy wild flowers).

The second poetic structure uses Infinity vs. Eternity to reflect upon the unlimited and unforseen that we must face to review how we should act on our lives.
