如果pleural membrane 穿咗lone會點?

對個lung /breathing 有咩影響??
pleural membrane 穿咗
咁pleural fluid就會流出黎
Functions of pleural fluid:
--shock-absorber
--lubricant when the lung expand during inhalation
以上的Functions就會失去，有可能造成對lung的物理損害

重會唔會有air 入到個lung?
會，但肺部擴張會比較不順利
空氣不能如往常一樣大量進入肺部
呼吸頻率會需要增加

d air會唔會係個lone度漏出去?
唔會，因為pleural cavity與lung並不相通。

呢一句其實無錯...不過有d多餘...因lung 自身也是shock-absorber

呢到我先入為主以為只係穿左outer pleural membrane.
事實上如果inter pleural membrane同outer pleural membrane都穿左..
air有可能係個lone度漏出去

那要看你collapse的定義
如果只穿了一層membrane
肺部仍會擴張
但擴張幅度會較小
如果穿了兩層membrane
很抱歉我不大清楚==

You'd end up with adhesions when it healed.
IF the tear extended to air (either inside the lung or outside the body), the pleura would loose its vacume and the lung would collapse.

lung is not make up by pleural membrane,so i think that the answer of 001 is wrong.if pleural membrane was "穿lone", then it will affect the function of pleural membrane--act as a lubricant to decrease the friction when ventaliation.
