It is a on board Display card, 96MB is the max share ram.

if u want more GDDR ram, u can buy a display card and add on your computer,

but u need to see your motherboard use which way to use display card

it have PCI - E x16 and AGP <--- this two are the popular way

001's answer is right !!! 82865G (2003 Pentium4)is the onboard graphics max support to 96mb only.

The reason that you could not play 3Dgames cause it didn't support shader V1.1 or above. This chipset support AGP 8X display card.
