MY plan in 2010
Firstly, I would like to improve my work for next year. I am going to pending the following point
** Hopefully I can solved some problem on my work so that it can help us smooty to work. I think have so many job and client is upcoming for next year
** Deal with difficulties at work in a calm manner.
** I also would like to learn more communication skills when dealing with the difficult customers.
** Hopefully I can able to handle more mutlipe task. So that I am going to take an English course and Mandarin course for next year.

MY plan in 2010I would like to improve my work for the coming year. The followings are my plans:
** My workload will be heavy as there will be lot of clients visiting us next year. I would like to solve some of the current problems so as to make my work smoothly.
** To keep calm manner when facing difficulties at work.
** I would also like to learn more communication skills in order to deal with the demanding customers.
** In order to be able for multi-task, I am going to take an English course and Mandarin course for next year.
