Why footballers always get angry?

I wouldn't say always. But at times it gets frustrating if u need a goal and things aren't going ur way or even a bad call from the ref can get annoying. When ur into the game and want to win more than anything it's pretty understandable.

Frustration,both at themselves (they know what to do,but sometimes cannot match their expectations) and others.Referees are strictly neutral and ensure the frustration is kept under control.

It's not always but quite a lot of times yes. Have you ever seen footballers mad at the ref.You never see rugby players do that do you?It's because the footballers come from deprived homes and are not taught values of life.As of rugby players come from more upper class backgrounds.
