我剛剛買了一個實用面積大約535呎的單位, 係濾水廠附近的。如果我想鋪實木地板 或 實木複合地板, ok唔ok?網上仲有 無繨地板 及木紋磚, 我想知道究竟有什麼分別同佢地可以用到幾多年?價錢方面又會係點?有些人話係大陸買完找香港師傅會平d, 但有d人話大陸木紋磚 d質數根本未合國際標準, 只可以用3-5年.....
希望大家幫幫我....

地磚美觀耐用,容易打理,冬天特別凍,打理不好比較滑
選料
高溫磚----價平,易碎,容易污穢
過底磚----價平,耐用,不易撞花
拋光磚----中至高級,美觀耐用,容易打理,防滑
地板
高級美觀,保養麻煩,容易撞花,不能沾水
選料
實木地板----全部都是實木,有防虫防蛀,紋理美觀,防滑,保養麻煩,沾水發黑
無繨地板----只有面層3-5mm是實木,外觀與實木地板一樣,但內是高壓板,防滑,保養麻煩,沾水發漲

1. 實木地板---if it is whole (100%) timber, it would be the best. Be care, some claimed to be 實木地板 but actual only the surface is timber.
2. Other claimed to be 木XYZ地板, not timber, bad quality ! Some or most of them made by compressed paper, would intake or absorb moisture or water very easily. These would expand faster and worser than real (100%) 實木地板.
3. I prefer overseas products. As the qualify would be better than XX, do not stick to the price, think the consequence. If it get into or got any trouble, man, you have to move around the furniture then do the floor work. It would really hassle especially when you have kid !
