因為小長方形長度和闊度比率是2:3，因此大長方形長度和闊度比率是4:6，即係2:3

2/(2+3)x44 係個闊度(大長方形)
=17.6
3/(2+3)x44 係個長度(大長方形)
=26.4

17.6/2 係個闊度(小長方形)
=8.8
26.4/2 係個長度(小長方形)
=13.2

let 2y be the of the wide big rect.
x:y=2:3
so 2x:2y=4:6=2:3
2x+2y=44 -----------1

2(x+y)=44
x+y=22
