首句中的it只可以指date，而非exhibition，所以寫it be on..是錯了，因為日子本身不可以on某一天。The date of exhibition is 24 Dec 07 / The exhibition is on 24 Dec 07.
兩句句子中的I都要用大寫。

這裡的to be exhibited是指「將（被）展出的」。當形容詞句的主動詞只是to be或是被動句的時候，that + to be 通常都可以用簡略法寫出來。

Passive voice:

The model that has been exhibited ... => The model having been exhibited ...
