Findings :
There are spondylosis with marginal spurs scattered in the cervical vertebral bodies,
degenerative changes in the lower cervical and C7/T1 facet joints, posterior and postero-
lateral prolapse of the C3/4 and C5/6 discs, slight posterior prolapse of the C4/5 disc, mild to moderate right posterior prolapse of the C6/7 disc, mild to moderate posterior prolapse of the C7/T1 disc, minimal posterior bulging of the C2/3 and T1/2 discs, degeneration of
the cervical discs, slight anterior herniation of the C3/4 disc and mild narrowing of the C3/4
and C5/6 discs detected as described above.
The posterior and postero-lateral prolapsed C5/6 disc and adjacent osteophytes are mildly
indenting on the spinal cord and causing prominent narrowing of the left C5/6 intervertebral foramen but whether they causes early spinal cord compression symptoms or impinges
on the exiting left C6 nverve causing left C6 radiculopathy or not is not sure from the
imaging appearances. Further clinical correlation with the patient's symptoms and level of
involvement is suggested for more information.
