First, add dilute hydrochloric acid to them.
Only chlorine bleach give chlorine gas but aqueous chlorine has no reaction.
equation: 2H^(+) + OCl^(-) + Cl^(-) 一〉Cl2 + H2O
Then, add potassium bromide solution to aqueous chlorine.
The solution change from green to brown.
equation: Cl2 + 2Br^(-) 一〉Br2 + 2Cl^(-)
