How do you solve ln(3x) = 2?

ln(3x) = 2
e^(ln(3x))=e^2
3x=e^2
x=(e^2)/3 answer//

ln (3x) = 2
e^(ln3x) = e^2 ** exponentiate on both sides
3x = e^2 ** use the formula e^lnx = x
x = e^2/3 ** divide both sides by 3

raise LHS n RHS to a power of e then u get 3x= e^2 then x= e^2/3

exponentiate both sides with e so 3x=e^2 so x=(e^2)/3 : )
