In an addition, don't forget that HK is called " Shopper Paradise" and " Peal of the Orient " which means there are some desirable and charming destinations for foreigner to visit sush as Avenue of Stars, The Peak, Ocean Park etc. Therfore, I have a bielf that building disney in Shanghai would not diminish the competition and position of Hong Kong, on the contrary, it might let government put more source on raising the level of tourism industry.

In addition, it would be remiss to ignore Hong Kong's international reputation as the "Shoppers' Paradie" or the "Pearl of the Orient"; There are many other fascinating attractions for tourists such as Avenue of Stars, the Peak, Ocean Park, etc. Therefore, I believe that constructing a new Disneyland in Shanghai not only would not diminish the position of Hong Kong as an international tourist center, but on the contrary, it might serve as an amber alert for the Hong Kong government to dedicate more resources to promote the tourism industry.
