1. How is the weather today?
I have just seen a very big sun, It is sunny today?
2. Can you tell me where the washroom is, please?
You need to go up one floor by stairs and turn right, after the lifts. it is opposite to the store room.
3. How do you usually get to your office / workplace?
I first walk to the harbour, take the Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. My workplace is near the harbour, so I walk. 好像沒有 by Ferry, 夠竟需要用 by Ferry 嗎?

1. It is sunny today as there is a very big/large/round sun in the sky.

2. The washroom is just upstairs. When you see the lifts, turn right and it is directly opposite to the store room.

3. Firstly, I walk to harbour then take the Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. I live near the harbour therefore I walk to work.

No need 'by Ferry' because you have already said 'take the Star Ferry'.

It is ok!
