Window 7 language problem

i just set up window 7 home premium as english. when i try to use a chinese programe the chinese messed up. the laptop was bought in hk. is there anyway to solve the problem except for reinstalling the operating system??

use vistalizator to install Chinese MUI to your English system.http://www.froggie.sk/screens.html

uninstall a chinese programe.if cant solve this problem,reinstalling the operating system.
window 7 home premium can't support multi language.ONLY WIN7 PRO &WIN7 Ultimate support multi language .
