Capital letter means major, 'm' means minor, 7 means adding a 7th note counting from the bottom, therefore:
Chord A7: play 'AC#EG'.
E7: EG#BD.
Dmaj7: DF#AC#.
Bm7: BDF#A.
Bm: BDF#.
Em: EGB.
Chord A7: play 'AC#EG'.
E7: EG#BD.
Dmaj7: DF#AC#.
Bm7: BDF#A.
Bm: BDF#.
Em: EGB.
