A with the lowest tender price in prelimi overall tenderers, but!!!
A priced some items were priced on high side and some items unpriced!!!

做一份價格分柝報告，指出各個標書項目的價格，包括平均價，最高價及最低價，如某項目不合理地高或低，要指出其風險所在
